Details: It is used in welding operations to prevent spatter adherence on the base metal. Once the is sprayed around the joints to be welded, hot spatter falling on that sprayed area will not stick to the surface. Exhibits following useful properties: no need of grinding or chipping on the welded work piece. Clean and neat welded joints with further cleaning drastically reduced. Silicon-free. Non-flammable and non-volatile directions to use: spraying on base metal: spray contra spatt -0707 before welding in a mist with thin and uniform film on to the areas to be protected from the spatters. Hold the spray bottle about 30 cm away from the base metal before spraying. Do not overspray. Spraying in welding torch: spray contra spatt -0707 before welding in a thin and uniform film by holding the spray bottle about 30cm away from the area to be protected.
